Toyota Boshoku America bringing 157 new jobs to Hopkinsville with $225 million investment

Another industry has announced it’s coming to Hopkinsville’s South Park near the Walmart Distribution Center. Governor Andy Beshear announced Thursday morning that Toyota Boshoku America Inc. will invest more than $225 million to construct a new facility in Hopkinsville and create 157 quality jobs for Kentuckians. Unemployment up in all nine Pennyrile counties

Unemployment was up from January to February in all nine Pennyrile counties and up from a year ago in seven of those counties. Nine killed in crash of two Fort Campbell Blackhawk helicopters

Nine Fort Campbell soldiers were killed when two HH60 Blackhawk helicopters crashed Wednesday night near Lancaster Road in Trigg County. Gracey man arrested on meth trafficking charge

A Gracey man has been arrested on a methamphetamine trafficking charge following an investigation Tuesday morning on Lafayette Road. Hopkinsville police stopped 35-year old Billy Gannon of Gracey in the 4200 block of Lafayette Road regarding an alleged emergency protective order violation and the arrest citation says a search revealed methamphetamine and marijuana.
