Multiple fatalities reported after Army helicopters crash in Trigg County

Multiple fatalities are presumed after two HH60 helicopters from Fort Campbell crashed in an area of Trigg County near Lancaster Road just before 10 last night. Elkton Rotary Club raises record funds in auction

The Rotary Club of Elkton had a historic, record-breaking online auction last week, raising about $15,000 for its scholarship fund. Rhonda Werner with Rotary says their online auction brought in just over $14,000 and cash donations made their total reach the $15,000 mark. Attorney to file ‘stand your ground’ defense in East Fourth Street murder

A bond motion was denied in Christian Circuit Court Wednesday morning for Tavaris Quarles, the man charged with murder for the shooting death of Christopher Montrell Mumford at a home in the 800 block of East Fourth Street in May of last year.
