Christian County gained another 11 confirmed cases of COVID-19 from Monday to Tuesday, putting the overall total at 248 since the pandemic began. Gov. Beshear gives update on COVID, budget impacts

Governor Andy Beshear announced 282 new cases of COVID-19 in the Commonwealth during Tuesday’s update, saying the evidence shows the state is still in a plateau. Democrat Amy McGrath will face U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell in November. The Associated Press called the Democratic primary for McGrath in a close race with state Representative Charles Booker of Louisville.
