Harper House in Trigg County will be temporarily closing its doors to make way for new management that will be making some changes before reopening.
According to a news release, Harper House will be managed by Rob and Kellen King, from Benton, Kentucky. They intend to focus on revamping the menu to better suit local clientele and work on patron relations.
Rob King says, “We want to be more guest related than customer related. There’s a difference in ‘are you a guest in my home, or are you someone I’m selling something to. We’re going to take off some menu items and let our prep people focus on doing what they do best. We’re not necessarily going to change the menu, just reduce it.”
During the Harper House closure, Triplet’s BBQ will remain open for business.
