21 shell casings recovered after shots fired incident

Hopkinsville police investigated a shots fired incident from late Saturday night on the city’s west side. Sgt. Samantha Rodriguez says officers heard gunshots and arrived in the area of Glass Avenue and Woodson Drive to find a total of 21 shell casings of various calibers in the road. No damage or injuries were reported from the gunfire and no suspects have been arrested.

A motorcyclist was flown to a Nashville hospital following an accident Saturday morning on the Pennyrile Parkway in Christian County.
