Local grand jury issues indictments for assault crimes

A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments for assault related crimes on Friday. Twenty-five-year-old Dalton Lewis of Hopkinsville was indicted for first-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault domestic violence after he reportedly struck a victim and choked them during an altercation on July 30.
