Three injured in Pembroke Road collision

Three people were hurt in a two-vehicle crash that happened on Pembroke Road Saturday afternoon. Hopkinsville Fire and EMS report that the wreck happened at approximately 2:30 p.m. in the 4600 block of Pembroke Road, with multiple patients involved. Two patients were transported by ambulance to Vanderbilt Clarksville in critical condition. UHA to face Region 14 winner Wolfe County at state tournament

University Heights Academy will take on Wolfe County in the first round of the KHSAA State Baseball Tournament on Thursday afternoon in Lexington.  The defending Region 14 champion Wolves defeated Hazard 4-2 Friday night to win the Region 14 championship. Four charged in $20k copper wire theft investigation

Four individuals have been charged in connection with the theft of over $20,000 worth of copper wire in Crofton. Extensive investigation by the Christian County Sheriff’s Department as led to charges against 50-year-old Craig Willey of Hopkinsville, 41-year-old Paul Edmonds of Crofton, 41-year-old Mark Holsapple of Hopkinsville and 39-year-old Jacob Baker of Crofton.
