Christian County’s COVID-19 death toll has risen to 114, following an audit of the state reporting system and recent new deaths. Titans release recently acquired quarterback Barkley

The Tennessee Titans announced today they released quarterback Matt Barkley. Barkley recently joined the team after serving as a backup signal caller the last three seasons in Buffalo. He had signed a two year contract August 5th and was to make $1 million this season. Logan Woodside is currently the only healthy quarterback as Ryan Tannehill remains in COVID protocol.

US captain Steve Stricker announced today Mickelson and Fred Couples will serve as vice captains when the US faces Europe September 24-26 at Whistling Straits in Kohler, WI. East 19th St. fire being investigated as arson

A residence at 812 East 19th Street was damaged in a fire Wednesday afternoon and it's being investigated as arson. I-24 fatal crash victim ID’ed

Officials have identified the man killed in a crash early Saturday morning on I-24 in Christian County. Christian County Coroner Scott Daniel says 86-year-old Cecil Dean Gustin of Thompson, Utah was on his way to a business meeting when he crashed about 12:15 a.m. Saturday near the 85 mile-marker. Bond motion denied for Valero murder suspect

A bond motion was denied Wednesday morning for a suspect charged with murder for the April 10 shooting death of Delmour Moncrief at the Valero gas station on East Ninth Street.
