The Christian County Public School System is in great need of bus drivers for the upcoming school year and they are putting out the call for those interested in employment. After finalization of an agreement between Baptist Health and Deaconess Health out of Evansville, starting in September Baptist Health Madisonville will be jointly operated by the two. According to a news release, the Madisonville hospital will now be named Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville. KYTC to close portion of U.S. 68 near KY 107 Tuesday for road repairs

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will be closing a portion of the roadway for repair work on the U.S. 68-KY 80 Bypass in Hopkinsville on Tuesday.
