Todd County maintained Kentucky’s lowest unemployment rate in February and Christian County’s jobless rate remained stagnant. Unemployment in Todd County in February remained at 3.5 percent, which was tied with Oldham County for lowest in the state. Logan County was second place at 3.6 percent. A Hopkinsville man was arrested Wednesday night for allegedly being in possession of a stolen trailer.
