WKU QB Pigrome enters transfer portal

Western Kentucky quarterback Tyrrell Pigrome is entering the NCAA transfer portal. He started 10 games last season and threw for more than 16-hundred yards in leading the Hilltoppers to the LendingTree Bowl. He joined WKU last spring after transferring from Maryland.

U of L announces home and home football series with Georgia

The University of Louisville announced yesterday they will play a two game series with the University of Georgia. Athletics director Vince Tyra says Louisville will host Georgia on September 19th 2026 with the return game in Athens on September 18th 2027. The teams met one other time in the 2014 Belk Bowl, with Georgia winning 37-14 in Charlotte, NC.

Three UT football players to make court appearances this month

Suspended Tennessee football players Martavius French, Aaron Willis, and Isaac Washington have court dates set for April 12th. French and Willis face misdemeanor charges of simple drug possession and drug paraphernalia, while Washington faces a misdemeanor charge of simple drug possession after their March arrest on the campus. Vols head coach Josh Heupel says he has no timetable for the suspended players to participate in spring practice.
