A Madisonville man has been charged with child abuse following investigation in the welfare of children on South Kentucky Avenue in Madisonville. According to the report from Madisonville police, investigation determined that a one-year-old child in the home in the 600 South Kentucky Avenue had severe bruising to their back, buttocks, side and stomach.
