Madisonville police are investigating a murder-suicide from Thursday of last week. A news release says a family friend went to an Echo Lane home to check on the residents about 10:30 p.m. Thursday and found Donald and Jayne Hundley dead from gunshot wounds to the head. An arrest warrant for strangulation and assault charges has been served against a Hopkinsville man. It alleges that on March 19, 30-year old Traivaun Buckner of Hopkinsville pushed a woman, threw her to the ground and choked her during an altercation over a phone at a Greenville Road residence.
