An investigation by the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch has led to the arrest of a Hopkinsville man for alleged sexual exploitation of children. KSP says 39-year old James West II of Hopkinsville was arrested following an undercover investigation that discovered him allegedly sharing images of child exploitation online.
