A Hopkinsville man was charged with burglary and sexual abuse Friday afternoon. An arrest citation for 32-year old Dedrick Willingham of Hopkinsville alleges he entered the home of a woman on June 30, restrained her and made forced sexual contact. Brockman named Ky. League of Cities Employee of the Year

The City of Hopkinsville is celebrating a prestigious award won by one of their own as Parks and Recreation Superintendent Tab Brockman was named the Kentucky League of Cities Employee of the Year.
