Seventh ranked Tennessee downed Arkansas 70-63 in Fayetteville. The Lady Vols improved to 13-1 and and welcome 23rd ranked Texas A&M Thursday night. Emily Engstler hit the game winning layup as third ranked Louisville edged 16th ranked Georgia Tech 50-48. The Cardinals are now 12-1 and host Pittsburgh Thursday night.

TItans clinch AFC South title with win over Dolphins Sunday

The Tennessee Titans exploded for a big win over the Miami Dolphins Sunday and clinched the AFC South title as they routed the Dolphins 34-3 in Nissan Stadium. The Titans leaned on the ground game as D'Onta Foreman rushed for 132 yards and a touchdown. Ryan Tannehill had a solid game, throwing for 120 yards and two scores. The Titans improved to 11-5 and visit Houston at noon next Sunday.

Tornado touched down in Todd, Logan County Saturday

It didn’t cause nearly as much damage as the one in Hopkinsville, but another tornado touched down New Year’s Day in Todd and Logan County.
