Man served with burglary warrant

An arrest warrant for burglary was served Monday night against a Hopkinsville man. It alleges that 38-year old Deandra Wilson of Hopkinsville forced his way into the back door of a home on February 1 and stole two televisions, an Xbox game system and a gold chain. He then allegedly sold the Xbox to a local pawn shop for $80. Wilson is charged with second-degree burglary and theft by deception.

Webster County broke open a one point game at halftime with a 19-3 third quarter run in defeating Christian County 62-39. Pedestrian killed in Clarksville accident

A pedestrian was killed while trying to cross Fort Campbell Boulevard in Clarksville Sunday night. Clarksville police say 39-year old Torrie Roach was struck while crossing the northbound lanes near Quin Lane about 7:10 p.m. Sunday. She was pronounced deceased at Tennova Health Hospital. UK’s Quickley SEC Player of the Week for second week in a row

Photo Credit: UK Athletics Kentucky sophomore guard Immanuel Quickley was named the Southeastern Conference Co-Player of the Week on Monday. Quickley averaged 24 points, 8.5 rebounds, two assists and one steal per game in the two victories. Quickley becomes the first Wildcat in the history of the SEC weekly awards to win SEC Player of the Week honors in consecutive weeks.
