The Hopkinsville Police Department arrested a local man Wednesday on several charges, including possession of synthetic drugs and tampering with evidence. According to the police report, officers responded to Taco Bell for reports of a man screaming hysterically and shouting for police. The first showing for the Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation Department’s Movies in the Park is Friday evening and kicks off the program for the rest of the summer.
