Pennyrile Area Community Band announces music scholarship recipients

The Pennyrile Area Community Band announced that three local musicians received their annual scholarship to support their musical pursuits. This year’s recipients were David Harper, Timothy Hanley and Sophia Wilson. Harper is a music writer and currently attends Hopkinsville Community College.
