Parks and Recreation to host ribbon cutting for Fred Atkins Park

Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation is inviting the community to a dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony for Fred Atkins Park. Frederick Atkins was a Hopkinsville native and served on Hopkinsville’s City Council from 1999 to 2012 representing Ward 1.
