Louisville rallied from a 13 point halftime deficit and held on to defeat Florida State 73-69 ending the Seminoles 28 game home win streak. Deng Adel had 16 points and Ray Spalding added 15 for the Cardinals who are back in action Saturday hosting Virginia Tech.

FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS ANNOUNCED FOR WES STRADER

Funeral arrangements have been announced for former Western Kentucky University broadcaster Wes Strader. Visitation will be held from 2-8 pm Monday at Eastwood Baptist Church in Bowling Green, with the service to be held at 1 pm Tuesday with visitation from 10 am until the funeral hour. JC Kirby and Sons Funeral Home in Bowling Green is in charge of arrangements. The 79-year-old Strader died Tuesday evening.

LEGENDARY WKU BROADCASTER STRADER DIES

Long time Western Kentucky University broadcaster Wes Strader died last night at the age of 79. Strader began his association with the Hilltoppers in 1964 and continued in that role until 2000. He also broadcast the Boys Sweet 16 for many years, including a long time association with former WHOP sportscaster Hal King and current sports director Todd Hamilton.
