Kentucky State Police announced that the body of 39-year-old Emerald “Emmy” Raeann Forgette of Christian County was found in Hopkins County on Wednesday. The Administrative Office of the Court of Kentucky are warning that if legislators pass the current version of the Judicial Branch budget, then the specialty courts of the Commonwealth could suffer.
