Murder suspect Anthony Moore appeared in Christian Circuit Court on Wednesday where an order was filed for him to undergo a mental evaluation. Moore was arrested on March 9 for the shooting death of 31-year-old Cicara Chantel James at a residence on Pembroke-Oak Grove Road.
