Just over a half mile KY 1490 in Marshall County will be blocked for around two weeks beginning August 12 as the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet replaces a pair of deteriorating culverts. A Clarksville man was injured in a single-vehicle crash on the Pennyrile Parkway Saturday afternoon.
