Two people were arrested by the Hopkinsville Police Department Wednesday on charges with methamphetamine trafficking. According to a news release, HPD’s Crime Suppression Unit and patrol units conducted an investigation that resulted in a search warrant issued for a residence on West Edmunds Street. The Clarksville Police Department is investigating after a motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Providence Boulevard just after midnight.  The single-vehicle crash happened at 12:05 a.m. Friday, according to a news release, in the 600 block of Providence Boulevard in the area of E Street and Oak Street.
