The Tennessee Valley Authority held a conference Tuesday sharing their third quarter fiscal year 2024 financial results. Salvation Army opens cooling station, extends emergency shelter hours due to the heat

Because of the extreme heat facing the region this week, with a Heat Advisory already in place, the Hopkinsville Salvation Army will open their Cooling Station and will extend their emergency shelter hours. University Heights Academy senior golfer Conlee Lindsey participated Monday in the prestigious South Warren Lady Spartan Invitational at the Park Mammoth Golf Course in Park City. Hopkins Co. SO releases details in crash that killed pedestrian

The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office is releasing details in a fatal vehicle versus pedestrian collision that occurred on the Pennyrile Parkway Monday afternoon.  According to a news release, it happened just before 3:45 p.m. near the 29-mile-marker, just north of the Christian County line.
