Two people have been arrested in connection with a homicide investigation into the death of Carlos Camaja in Springfield, Tennessee.  According to a news release from the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office, investigation began on June 11 when the 24-year-old Camaja was found deceased near the train tracks near on North Qualls Road.  It was determined that he was shot and killed at a residence on North Oak Street in Springfield […]

On June 14, Governor Beshear sent a request to the president urging for the declaration of a major disaster after the severe storms and tornadoes which hit Kentucky. Contractors for the Kentucky Department of Transportation will begin repaving a three mile stretch of KY 398, which serves as the entrance to Pennyrile Forest State Park this Tuesday. Workers will start paving at Dawson Springs Road and head south before finishing at Pennyrile Forest State Park Road.
