One charged in connection to vehicle fire on Poplar Street

The Hopkinsville Police Department is investigating a vehicle fire on Poplar Street Monday and a Hopkinsville resident has been charged.  According to the police report, Destinee Clark of Hopkinsville is accused of intentionally starting a fire with the intent to cause damage to a vehicle around noon Monday in the 2200 block of Poplar Street. One injured in Poole Mill Road crash

A Crofton man was injured in a single-vehicle wreck on Poole Mill Road Saturday afternoon.  According to the Christian County Sheriff’s Department collision report, a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Micha Morris of Crofton left the road way for an unknown reason near the intersection of Adams Store Extension Road and struck a tree.  The collision caused severe damage to the vehicle, and Morris was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center […]

Local police charge Hopkinsville man with speeding, fleeing

Officers from the Hopkinsville Police Department arrested Alex Meux of Hopkinsville after he was reportedly caught speeding and failed to stop when a traffic stop was initiated. According to a report from police, an officer witnessed Meux traveling around 51 MPH in a 25 MPH residential area on Woodmill Road.
