Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal, two-vehicle crash on Kentucky Highway 70 West from Thursday afternoon in Muhlenberg County. According to a news release, the head-on collision happened at approximately the 2-mile marker around 4:15 p.m. when a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Taylor Grove of Greenville crossed the center line while heading eastbound.
