Second juvenile arrested for Clarksville homicide

Clarksville police have arrested another juvenile in connection with the August 20 killing of 32-year old Emmanuel Tyson. The 16-year old male has been charged with homicide for the shooting death of Tyson near Ninth and Shearor Street. Another 16-year old male has also been charged with homicide in the incident.
