A Clarksville woman was injured in a single-vehicle collision on the Pennyrile Parkway Wednesday in Christian County. An investigation on Evergreen Park Drive Thursday night led to a Hopkinsville man on multiple charges. Officers went to 633 Evergreen to serve an arrest warrant on 21-year old Jacobie Penman and an arrest citation says an odor of marijuana was coming from the home at the front door.
