Who will the University of Tennessee start at quarterback this week against third ranked Georgia? That’s a question Vols coach Jeremy Pruitt did not answer during his weekly news conference Monday. Jarrett Guarantano has started each of Tennessee's first four games, but the fourth-year junior was benched to start the second half of a 34-3 loss to number 10 Florida September 14th.

Purdue quarterback Elijah Sindelar will miss several weeks after surgery Monday for a left broken collarbone suffered in last Saturday’s loss to Minnesota. The Princeton native had already missed time this season due to a concussion suffered in the Vanderbilt game on September 7th.

Five former Louisville basketball players reached a settlement with the NCAA after a lawsuit was filed in an attempt to regain eligibility and their 2013 national title. Luke Hancock, Gorgui Dieng, Stephen Van Treese, Tim Henderson and Michael Marra were involved in the suit. The settlement does not restore the national title that was removed from the school. Former Hopkinsville High standout Austin Knight had rounds of 76 and 71 for a 147 total for Murray State Monday at the UT Martin Skyhawk Invitational. Knight is tied for 16th individually and the Racers at four over collectively are three shots behind leader Butler heading into today’s final round.
