Woman killed in Clarksville accident

A woman was killed in a single-vehicle accident Wednesday in Clarksville. A woman in her 50’s was westbound on Dunbar Cave Road when she ran off the right side for an unknown reason and struck a tree between Idlewood Drive and Wingate Drive, according to Clarksville Police. The woman was transported by ambulance to the hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.

Permitless carry law takes affect Thursday in Ky.

Several new laws take effect Thursday in Kentucky, including one that allows concealed carry without a permit.
