Domestic disturbance leads to man being hit by car
Oak Grove Police are investigating after a man was struck by a vehicle on Fort Campbell Boulevard just after 6:30 Wednesday morning. Radio traffic indicated the incident was related to domestic disturbance that had been reported earlier on Mace Lane. Two arrested for Logan Co. burglary
Two arrests have been made in connection with a burglary last month in Logan County. The burglary happened April 26th on T. McReynolds Road in Lewisburg, where property was stolen out of a home, shed and vehicle. Deputies spoke with 26-year old Paula Herrin of Lewisburg, who admitted to being involved, according to a news release. Logan County names new hoops coach
WRUS Radio reported Tuesday Logan County High School has hired John Tinsley as its boys basketball coach. Tinsley will replace Lonnie Mason. He has worked previously at Russell County and at Glasgow High.

Chilton hits first collegiate home run in Murray State win
Former Christian County standout Bryan Chilton hit his first collegiate home run in Murray State’s 13-5 win over Alabama A&M Tuesday. The Racers had a season best 23 hits. Elsewhere: Austin Peay got a 6-0 win over Western Kentucky as five Governor pitchers held the Hilltoppers in check.
