Group raising money for child fighting cancer

The 16th annual Men in Praise Volume 1 program will be held Sunday and all money raised during the musical benefit will go to nine-year old Caleb Bush, who is battling brain cancer. Hopkinsville Police investigated an accident on Fort Campbell Boulevard Thursday afternoon that injured three people. A van driven by 61-year old Thea Brown of Hopkinsville was stopped in the northbound lane in slow traffic near Clinic Drive when she was rear-ended by a pickup operated by 36-year old Matthew Campbell of Hopkinsville. An accident on South Main Street Thursday afternoon injured a local woman. Fugitive of the week arrested Thursday

One of this week’s Crime Stoppers fugitives of the week has been arrested, thanks to an anonymous tip. Hopkinsville Police located 19-year old Tijuan Jackson of Hopkinsville at an East Seventh Street residence about 3:45 p.m. Thursday.
