Governor Andy Beshear announced that Disaster Unemployment Assistance is now available to individuals that are out of work due to the historic rainfall and flooding that impacted the state in early April. Last week’s severe weather and heavy rainfall caused widespread flooding across Hopkinsville and Christian County and now local government officials are focused on recovery and clean-up.
