Public Works set to complete Pyle Lane drainage project next week

The City of Hopkinsville intends to complete the drainage project on Pyle Lane next week, which will require a temporary road closure.

It will be on Pyle Lane across from Little River Landing, according to the Hopkinsville Public Works Department, and will be closed from Millbrooke Drive to Canton Pike starting around 8 a.m. next Wednesday.

It will stay closed until approximately 8 a.m. Thursday, April 4—weather permitting—in order for crews to make a smooth, permanent repair at the site of the cut.

Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes during this closure.
