A person was injured in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 169 in Christian County Wednesday night.
It happened just after 9:30 p.m. near the 24-mile-marker, according to Christian County Sheriff’s Department Public Information Officer John Godsey, who reports that a vehicle driven by 32-year-old John Gardner of Louisville was heading southbound when the driver lost control of it for an unknown reason. The vehicle crossed the median into the northbound lanes before going back into the median and coming to a stop.
Gardner was reportedly found walking down the roadway nearby and transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
Upon being released from the hospital, he was served with a warrant for failure to appear and charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license.
More information will be released as it becomes available.
