A corrections officer once employed at the Kentucky State Penitentiary in Lyon County is facing charges after reportedly having sexual contact with an inmate. HPD makes an arrest connected to the murder of a Bowling Green man

Hopkinsville Police arrested 44-year-old Terrance Christian of Hopkinsville on Wednesday for the murder of 34-year-old Clifford Barber of Bowling Green.  Early Tuesday morning, law enforcement and first responders were called to the area of Westside Park for reports of a person floating in Little River. Crofton teen earns recognition on international Taekwondo stage

The city of Crofton now has two athletes who have earned national recognition this summer.  Jordan Starks represented Team USA at the Taekwondo International World Cup Championships earlier this month in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada.
