A fourth suspect facing charges in connection with a shooting on West 17th Street in 2024 is now in custody.
According to the Hopkinsville Police Department, an arrest warrant for complicity to first-degree assault, complicity to first-degree wanton endangerment and tampering with physical evidence was served against 23-year-old Darrin Bussell of Hopkinsville.
That warrant was in connection to a shooting that happened near the Christian County Health Department on April 14, 2024 that injured three juveniles and an adult victim during an exchange of gunfire by what is thought to be multiple shooters.
Stephen Bussell had already been arrested in connection with the shooting in April of 2024, charged with first-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment and tampering with physical evidence, as were two juveniles.
