Cross drain failure closes portion of Pilot Rock Road

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has closed a portion of Pilot Rock Road in Christian County and it’s unknown how long the closure will last.

The closure came about Thursday afternoon as the result of a cross drain failure on Pilot Rock Road between Shiloh Church Road and Laytonsville Road on the Christian County side of the road. Crews were processing the failure and determining what steps will be taken to address the issue.

The duration of the closure is currently unknown. Folks should seek alternate routes if they use this roadway.
