KHSAA approves major change for football classification

The Kentucky High School Athletic Association Board of Control met on Thursday and approved a major change that could reshape football classifications beginning in the 2027-28 realignment cycle. The Louisville Courier-Journal reported last night, that under the measure, private schools will have their boys enrollment multiplied by 1.35, only for football classification.
