A Hopkinsville man who had been charged with second-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault has had those charges dismissed as of February 11.
That’s according to Christian County Court officials, who say the dismissal came following evidentiary hearings earlier in February.
Thirty-eight-year-old Tyrone Pannell of Hopkinsville had been accused of assaulting an 8-year-old, but those charges have been found to be unsubstantiated and were dismissed by Judge Lindsey Adams.
