Culvert repair to close portion of Sanderson Drive next week

Hopkinsville Public Works is giving a heads up that there will be a culvert repair taking place next Tuesday on Sanderson Drive.

According to a news release, a Storm Water Utility contractor will be conduction a drainage project in the 1100 block of Sanderson Drive to repair a culvert in that area. Excavation will begin at approximately 8 a.m. that morning, which will close the road to traffic until about 5 p.m. that evening.

Motorists are urged to seek alternate routes while work is underway.
