Colonels play host to Tigers for final soccer meeting

Hopkinsville and Christian County will meet on the soccer field for the final time in the regular season tonight at the Stadium of Champions.

The Tigers and Colonels, who could meet in next month’s District 8 tournament, are scheduled for consolidation for the 2026 season.

Hoptown enters tonight’s game at 5-4-1 overall and 2-0 in district play. Christian County is 1-8 overall and 1-2 in district play.

Tonight is a “black out” for Tigers’ fans and is scheduled to kick off at 7 p.m.
