Christian County Grand Jury indicts Tennessee man for murder

A Christian County Grand Jury issued an indictment for murder against 37-year-old Brian Kerr Jr. of Columbia, Tennessee on Friday.

Kerr was arrested in January in connection to a shooting that occurred at the Pilot Travel Center along Pembroke Oak Grove Road on December 28. The shooting resulted in the death of 37-year-old Dmytro Sebeniuk of Des Plaines, Illinois.

Kerr is accused of shooting Sebeniuk before stealing his car and leaving the scene. Kerr was indicted for murder and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
