Clarksville Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect wanted in connection with the shooting of three people—one of them a toddler.
According to a news release, officers responded to Tennova Healthcare at around 7:40 p.m. Monday evening after three gunshot victims arrived at the hospital. Those victims are described as a three-year-old girl with a gunshot wound to the hand, a 20-year-old male with a graze wound and a 44-year-old man who sustained a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
The child and the 44-year-old were both taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where the man rains in critical, but stable condition.
An investigation immediately began, and detectives have identified 43-year-old La Vievea Wilson as the suspected, who is now sought on three counts of aggravated assault. Police are asking that anyone with information on Wilson’s whereabouts contact the Clarksville Police Department immediately.
