Hoptown’s Cannon, Littleton earn wrestling titles at CCHS Invitational

The Hopkinsville Tigers wrestling team had a pair of gold medal winners Saturday at the Christian County Invitational Wrestling Tournament. Juan Cannon finished the day 4-0 and won the 120-pound championship. Jaylin Littleton also went undefeated and won the 165-pound weight division. The Christian County High School wrestling team used a pair of championships from Anthony Velasco and Dane Miller and three runner-up finishes to edge Fort Campbell and win the Christian County Invitational Wrestling Tournament Saturday. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department in Tennessee is investigating a fatal shooting on Dunlop Lane.
