Hopkinsville woman charged with felony theft

A Hopkinsville woman is facing a felony theft charge following investigation into a theft on South Clay Street in November.

According to the Hopkinsville police report, 29-year-old Patricia Hathaway of Hopkinsville is accused of stealing the victim’s wallet on November 1 in the 1700 block of South Clay Street. The victim’s wallet reportedly contained at least $1,000.

Hathaway was arrested on Friday and charged with felony theft by unlawful taking.
