A Hopkinsville woman is facing felony theft charges after she allegedly falsified business records at Hopkinsville Solid Waste. Hopkinsville Community College graduated and recognized students who successfully completed the general education development (GED) test to earn a certificate equivalent to a high school diploma on Thursday.
